Since so much previewing is done on line these days, no listing should have fewer than 15-20 photos to adequately depict the property for sale in the multiple listing service.  In fact, the capacity for photos allowed should give any agent the ability to provide more than ample shots, angles and exposures to get your property a physical viewing

Anything fewer than that is a detriment to your seller and can hobble your ability as a buyer to make an informed decision about which homes you may want to view.  Too often agents take shots that are out of focus, from bad angles and with bad lighting.
